I read a book a few weeks ago that mentioned something about making bread in a pressure cooker. At 31-years-old, my palate’s matured a little, and my tastes now lean more toward savory than sweet. In fact, the sweet potato and rice have allowed me to cut down on the amount of chicken and fish I’m eating. When I received my review copy in the mail several days ago, the first thing that impressed me was how well put together this cookbook is, with beautiful photography that accompanies each recipe and easy-to-read recipes that each fit on a single page.
