I’ve got the perfect dinner idea for a busy weeknight: Honey Garlic Salmon. I know you can’t certify wild salmon organic” because it is hard to know exact conditions it has lived in. But come on, world, common sense and we must understand that wild seafood, game meat and fair trade dried fruits and teas from countries like India and Colombia do not necessarily have to be certified organic to be pesticide and yucky stuff free.
The second (and, actually, third) bump resulted in so-so variations: in a 250-degree oven for nine hours to a 260-degree oven for seven hours, with the tomatoes swimming in to drizzled on olive oil that both versions took forever to lose enough water to package.
This recipe makes two good-size cookies and was inspired by a jumbo chocolate chip cookie from the Cafe Delites website ( click here to view that recipe), but I wanted a sugar free version that tastes great and fits into my low carb, ketogenic lifestyle.
Hi Gloria, It depends upon how thick the fillets are, but 10 minutes should do. Feel free to pull it out of the oven, make a slice in the thickest part to see if it’s done to your likeness and, if not, stick it back in the oven for another minute or two.
