We eat a lot of pork in this family, even given my father’s Germanic background. Pork is healthy and lean, it’s easy to cook, versatile, and best of all its really economical! Buy thin pork chops and roll them up with a tasty stuffing made from mushrooms, bread crumbs, bleu cheese, and other delicious ingredients. Tender pork chops cooked in the slow cooker with onions, apple and cider, loosely based on the classic Normandy Pork.

Made 8 bone in chops in oven (had marinated them earlier to grill but was too stormy outside so used the oven). Sear the pork chops as-is, or slice them off the bone with a sharp knife for a more elegant presentation. If you like Pork Chops and also like to change things up on how you cook them, then I definitely recommend trying out this great version!
