I like the cooks illustrated classic spaghetti and meatballs recipe, but I too hate the frying. Amanda — I’d use gluten-free breadcrumbs or the crumbs of a gluten-free cracker. Of course I had to add twice the a mount of garlic then there was in the original recipe but i think you would encourage it. Thank you Nigella.
