I have made this recipe several times before but never in a cook off but I just started culinary school and we are having a chili cook off in a couple months and I know this chili would win but they go by ICA rules so there cannot be any beans…I know I know chili should have beans.
Of course, I jumped on board the Instant Pot bandwagon at Christmas, thanks to my parents I have this 8-quart model , and I LOVE it. We’re a family of five (soon to be six), I love to cook double and eat leftovers, and I most definitely would go for the 8-qt again.
