To end the chops on the range add 1 tbsp of butter to a heavy bottomed saute pan and brown the chops for a minute or so on all sides.
I like the bone-in pork chops for this recipe. I find that it really offers this dish plenty of taste but when you prefer boneless you probably can definitely do that. But I definitely do not advocate a thin reduce pork chop. Just be careful when taking them out when they are finished cooking.
